We continue our series of interviews with the leading companies in the dance market. We talked to Mariola and Barry Free, the owners of one of the most recognisable brand in dance world: Supadance, the first manufacturers of the dance shoes.
The history of Supadance goes back to the late 1950s and early 1960s. Barry, as a young shoemaker years ago, came with the idea, designed and manufacturered the first pair of dance shoes. How did he get involved in the dance industry? By chance of course! Now, both Barry and his wife Mariola, run one of the best known and successful dance shoe companies.
